RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
Does my order come with tracking?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or an SMS notifications with details of your order and tracking information if you purchased tracked shipping. Please kindly check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it in your primary inbox. You can track your shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Don’t accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
If you have an issue with your order, please email izalaixdesign@gmail.com with your order number.
When will my order ship?
Izalaix Design is a one-person business, so orders are usually shipped at the end of the week or on weekends. Please allow for 5-7 business days for shipping, depending on your order.
I need to change my delivery address after I placed my order?
Izalaix Design can only make changes to your delivery address prior to your order being dispatched. Please reach out to us as soon as possible via email at izalaixdesign@gmail.com to inform us of this change with your order number, email address associated to your system, as well as your new, updated address.
If your order has already been dispatched, there is no guarantee that the address change can be made. Seller is not responsible for loss mail if the delivery address given was incorrect.
Do you custom orders or pieces?
Yes, Izalaix Design is open to wholesale orders. Please reach out to us via at izalaixdesign@gmail.com for more information. We typically respond within 2 - 3 days.
Do you provide logo design service?
Yes, Izalaix Design do offer logo design services.
