SHIPPING

Does my order come with tracking?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or an SMS notifications with details of your order and tracking information if you purchased tracked shipping. Please kindly check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it in your primary inbox. You can track your shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accepted since all sales are final. Most items are handmade to order for you, hence we do not accept returns or exchanges. But please contact us if you have any issues with your order, we are always happy to help.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have world wide shipping! However please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fee depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local post office if you have nay further questions.

Do I need to pay for customs fee and taxes?

Shipments with international destinations may be subject to duties and taxes. As the customer, you will be responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery of your item.

Izalaix Design does not have any foresight in regards to the potential fees. All items will be declared at full purchase price. Should a package be returned back to us due to unpaid duties and taxes, no refunds or replacements will be given.

I have not yet received my order, what do I do?

We get out our orders ASAP, but shipping time depends on the current demand. In some cases, orders may take up to 7 business days to be sent out. 

(Orders are shipped up to 12 business days for regular orders and APPROX 4-6 weeks for pre orders) 

After that you can check tracking on your email / phone confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact USPS or so they can best serve you. 

We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.

I need to change my delivery address after I placed my order?

We can only make changes to your delivery address prior to your order being dispatched. Please reach out to us as soon as possible via email at izalaixdesign@gmail.com to inform us of this change with your order number, email address associated to your system, as well as your new, updated address.If your order has already been dispatched, there is no guarantee that the address change can be made. Seller is not responsible for loss mail if the delivery address given was incorrect.

My package says it's been delivered, but I don't have it. what should I do?

Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered prematurely and often times show up within the next few days. If it doesn't turn up, I'd suggest checking with neighbors, confirming that you entered the correct shipping address, and/or inquiring at your local post office. To file a claim with USPS for a lost domestic package, go here. Izalaix design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide with a few exceptions. To see if we offer shipping to your country, please add any item(s) to your cart, and use our shipping calculator in your cart to look for your country.

Do you custom orders or pieces?

Yes, we are open to wholesale orders. Please reach out to us via at izalaixdesign@gmail.com for more information. We typically respond within 2 - 3 days. 

When will my order ship?

My standard processing time is 5 - 7 business days, but this timeline is subject to change as a lot of the items in my shop are made to order. Orders that include multiple items with different processing times will not ship until the entire order is complete — This includes pre-orders. Please note that this does not include the time it takes for your order to arrive once shipped from my studio. If you need your order by a certain date, I encourage you to leave a note and I will do my best to accommodate. 

When is there going to be a restock?

Upcoming restock dates will be announced on my social media channels and via text, so make sure to subscribe so you don't miss out! You can also sign up to be notified when a specific size comes back in stock which happens on a more frequent basis.

RETURNS

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item was damaged upon arrival. In the unfortunate event that an item is blemished during transport, please reach out to us at  izalaixdesign@gmail.com with details of the product and we will work out the best solution for you

Izalaix Design is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

Please make sure to send your shipment with a tracking number. If your return package does not have tracking and never makes it back to us we will not be able to process your refund. Once you return/exchanges an item from your order your whole order is considered final sale and no further returns or exchanges from that order may be accepted. All sale items are final sale. No returns will be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Upon delivery, we kindly request you to inspect your order immediately. If you notice any defects, damages, wrong items, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours include with picture. Our team will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
